John Cole - Vice President

Service is the driving force behind a successful company.  It is the focus, courtesy, and attention that you offer your customer while trying to earn their business.  If you can deliver a sense of exceptional value to a customer, they will in turn become a salesperson for your company by telling their friends and family about you and your company.

 

Amy Gilliam - Office Manager

Service is the most important part of a business.  As office manager, I will maker sure that phone calls in the office are taken care of in a friendly and efficient manner, and follow up calls are taken care of.

Service is work done by a person or group that benefits another.  It is my goal at The Plumbing Knight to ensure that the customer is informed about their appointment, to make the customer feel “at home”.

My definition of service would be to spend time with a customer in whom I provide comfort, confidence, and assurance that whatever the problem they are facing is; it will be taken care of before we leave.  I do not come to work anymore because of a paycheck, I come because I see a need to serve others, and that is what I enjoy doing.

 

Jeff Iker - Service Manager

Service is providing our customers timely correction of their plumbing problems.  We are the plumbing professionals and customers must be able to rely on us to point them in the right direction when these plumbing needs arise.  In the Pinehurst area we offer a service experience that leads our industry.
